Privacy &Security Policy
GCOT does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. For example, such personally identifiable information may be gathered from a contest or sweepstakes registration, the registration process for subscription sites or services and in connection with content submissions, community postings (e.g., chat and bulletin boards), suggestions, voting/polling activities and transactional areas. Personally identifiable information on individual users will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection. At such points of collection, the user will have the opportunity to indicate marketing information about other products, services and offerings from AZGCOT and/or any third parties. Further, notwithstanding any opt out of promotional information by the user, AZGCOT reserves the right to contact a subscriber regarding account status, changes to the subscriber agreement and other matters relevant to the underlying service and/or the information collected. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information,including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Arizona Governor’s Conference on Tourism maintains a cancellation policy for all events in order to properly plan for catering, venue expenses and marketing efforts.
For registered attendees, AZGCOT has a 30 day cancellation policy, unless otherwise noted. Registered attendees may receive a full refund (less administrative fee) if a written cancellation notice is provided to AZGCOT at least 30 days prior to the event. A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for any and all cancellations. Substitutions for attendees are welcome, with written notice provided at least one week prior to the event. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, travel delays, or missed sessions.

The AZGCOT website and all content contained thereon including, images, photographs, logos and other materials, and the copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and other intellectual property rights in such materials are owned by the Arizona Hotel & Lodging Association. The AZGCOT website (or any portion of this site) may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by the Arizona Governor’s Conference on Tourism.
The Site may contain links to other websites. AZGCOT provides such links for your convenience only and is not responsible or liable for the actions of such independent websites.
